Join PROP for a free Open House & Ribbon Cutting celebrating our new refrigerated Food Locker program and the impact of Give to the Max. The event begins with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 2:00 p.m. in partnership with the Eden Prairie Chamber of Commerce, followed by a come-and-go open house until 6:00 p.m. Tour PROP's Food Mart, see the Food Lockers in action, and discover how we are expanding access to food and support services for local families. Learn about mental health counseling, employment counseling, housing stability, health and wellness programs, financial assistance, and volunteer opportunities. Since launching in October, the Food Locker program has already helped connect more neighbors to food resources by offering a convenient, flexible way to access groceries outside traditional food shelf hours. PROP serves more than 5,000 neighbors each year through food assistance and supportive services that help families build stability and thrive.
